Dkwi Rules & Terms — Complete Guide to Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the dkwi platform and all its services. dkwi is an international online betting and gaming platform designed specifically for users in Bangladesh.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on dkwi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use dkwi's services.

Dkwi processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All amounts displayed on the platform are shown in BDT unless otherwise stated.

Age requirement: The minimum age to use dkwi is 18. dkwi reserves the right to verify your age at registration or at any point thereafter. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated and no balance will be refunded.

One person, one account: Each individual may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of the balance.

• You are responsible for the security of your own account. Never share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact dkwi support immediately.
• Operating an account on behalf of, or in the name of, a third party is strictly prohibited.
• To update any information registered on your account, please contact Support.

Dkwi accepts payments through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Same method policy: Withdrawals are processed via the same method used for the deposit. If you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will also be made to bKash.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–15 minutes. However, if KYC verification is incomplete or unusual activity is suspected, processing may take up to 24–72 hours. dkwi reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal and request supporting documents at its discretion for security purposes.

• Dkwi monitors all transactions to prevent money laundering.
• Accounts may be reviewed if a withdrawal is attempted without placing any bets after a deposit.

Before placing any bets on dkwi, it is important to understand these rules. They apply to all bet types — Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.

Bet Finality: Once a bet is submitted, it is considered final. Bets cannot be cancelled except in the case of a technical error.

• Incorrect Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, dkwi reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled, all bets on that match are refunded. However, in an accumulator, the cancelled match is treated as odds of "1.00".
• Live Betting: Odds in live betting change rapidly. If odds shift due to a technical delay at the moment your bet is submitted, dkwi will accept the bet at the updated odds.
• Maximum Win: A maximum win limit may apply to single bets on dkwi. This limit varies depending on the match and bet type.
• Early Payout: The cash-out feature is available on selected matches, allowing you to lock in a profit at a predetermined amount.

Dkwi regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before accepting.

Rollover (Wagering) Requirement: Every bonus comes with a rollover requirement. This means you must wager a specified amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• The rollover on the welcome bonus is typically 15–30x (see the Bonus page for full details).
• Only eligible bet categories count toward rollover when wagering with bonus funds.
• Bets placed with bonus balance must meet a minimum odds requirement — typically 1.50 or higher.
• Once the rollover is complete, the bonus is added to your main balance and becomes withdrawable.
• Multiple bonus offers generally cannot be combined at the same time.

Bonus Validity Period: Every bonus has a limited validity period. Typically, the rollover requirements for a welcome bonus must be met within 30 days of receipt. Any unused bonus remaining after the expiry date will be automatically cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to protect the integrity of dkwi's services:

• Multiple accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or within the same household to claim bonuses.
• Bots & Automated Software: Using software to place bets on the dkwi platform in an automated or robotic manner.
• Odds arbitrage: Placing opposing bets across multiple platforms or accounts to guarantee a profit.
• Account Sale or Transfer: Selling or lending your account to another person.
• Money Laundering: Using dkwi for the purpose of money laundering.
• Use of insider information: Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.

Dkwi reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts, forfeit balances, and take legal action against anyone who violates these prohibitions.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Your data may be processed for service improvement and legal compliance purposes.
• Sharing data with regulatory authorities when required is a legal obligation.

Dkwi believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We take active steps to protect our members.

• Self-Limit Setting: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, while increasing one requires a 7-day waiting period.
• Temporary Break: You can take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months. During this period, you will not be able to log in to your account.
• Self-Exclusion: To permanently stop betting, please contact Support.

Dkwi reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information
• Order of a court or regulatory authority
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months)

Members may close their account at any time. If a balance remains, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it; however, any active bonuses will be cancelled.

Dkwi reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified via your registered mobile number or email, or a notice will be displayed on the platform.

Continuing to use dkwi after any changes have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please withdraw your balance before closing your account.
